Frequently asked questions about international funding management
What type of companies can access international public funding?
Companies of any size, universities, technology centers, or non-profit entities with RDI or sustainability projects aligned with the objectives of European programs (Horizon Europe, LIFE, EUROSTARS, etc.).
Is prior experience essential to participate in European consortia?
No. Having an expert partner like INCOTEC allows companies without prior experience to join international calls with guarantees.
What level of co-financing do these grants require?
It depends on the program, but in Horizon Europe it reaches up to 100% of the project cost. INCOTEC helps you evaluate the best route according to your capacity and objectives.
How long can a European call take from opening to resolution?
Generally from 8 months from the submission date until the signing of the Grant Agreement. INCOTEC’s support minimizes risks and accelerates preparation times.
Can I submit a proposal individually or do I need a consortium?
Some lines (Innovation Fund, LIFE) allow individual proposals, but most European programs require forming European consortia. In both cases, INCOTEC handles the structure and strategy.
